Check out the new Plantations Two Community Events Facebook page. Residents will have an opportunity to stay in the loop on fun happenings, from seasonal celebrations to neighborhood gatherings! The page will operate like an announcement board for social events hosted/organized by the Board.

Please note: HOA Board meetings and official HOA business will not be posted on the Facebook Group. For information on Board meetings, agendas, and other HOA business, please continue to refer to official HOA communications such as emails, mailed notices, and this community website.

Community Improvement Project Completed
The Plantations Two Board of Directors recently competed an improvement to the common grounds designed for erosion control and to protect a portion of the community path. See before and after pictures on the Grounds page.

Gas Powered Leaf Removal Equipment Banned
(Montgomery County Code Sec. 31B-9. Leaf removal equipment.)
​
Effective July 1, 2025, the use of handheld, backpack, and walk-behind gas-powered leaf removal equipment is banned in Montgomery County subject to a fine of $500 per violation.

all dogs & cats are required to have a county pet license.

​Animal Noise
(Montgomery County Code,
Sec. 5-203(a)(6)
An owner must not allow an animal to cause noise that is loud enough and persistent enough to disturb another person’s quiet enjoyment. ($100 fine)
To report an animal creating a noise disturbance, please notify the Office of Animal Services via the police non-emergency number, 301.279.8000.
