GROUNDS

The Grounds (referred to as the Common Areas) of the community are available for use by all homeowners and residents of the community. The common areas include open green spaces, wooded areas, walking paths, tennis courts, tot lot, parking lot, etc.

The Grounds Committee, as designated by the Board of Directors, is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the community's common areas. Additional responsibilities include coordinating contract bids, managing contracted repairs to, or replacements of, common area assets.

The pond in the center of the community is actually a Stormwater Management Facility which is the property of Montgomery County and is not maintained by the community association. Plantations Two Community Association is only responsible for maintaining the common areas surrounding the pond which includes grounds maintenance and cleaning up trash and household items left in these areas.
