Status of Tennis/Pickleball Courts

Sometime before the end of April 2024, someone tried to adjust the tennis/pickleball nets without the proper equipment and damaged them.

The courts were cleaned on July 23, 2024, and new posts and nets were installed on August 8, 2024. A proposal to repair cracks on the court, and the schedule to make repairs, is under review.

Maintenance of assets such as the tennis/pickleball courts are the responsibility of the community led by the all-volunteer board of directors. Active participation on the part of community residents is needed to ensure optimal operations. If you are interested in being part of the board or of a committee to help monitor and maintain the courts, please email board@plantationstwo.com. Thank you!
Net Use Instructions​
The Plantations Two Tennis Courts are lined to accommodate tennis on both courts and pickle ball on just one court. Please review the updated Net Use Instructions for switching from tennis to pickleball.

An Access Key is REQUIRED to enter and exit the tennis courts. If you are interested in using the community tennis courts, you can apply for a key.

Submit Payment of the applicable deposit and membership fee as explained in the Rules and Application.

For Homeowners: Upon application, payment of a refundable access key deposit in the amount of $50 is required.*

For Tenants of PII & Non-Residents: Upon application, payment of a one-time non-refundable membership fee ($100) AND the refundable access key deposit ($50) is required.* Total of $150

*$50 deposit is refundable upon return of the Tennis Court Access Key to the Board
Payment is due at the time of application.
