Questions about reporting possible ACC violations in the community?

Selling your home?

State and county regulations require that a seller or their real estate broker obtain a Resale Package from the homeowner's Community Association. This Package must be provided to a potential buyer for review and to the buyer at settlement. Included in the Resale Package is a required Resale Inspection Certificate. Sellers are asked to allow sufficient time for the ACC to conduct an external inspection of the home and complete the Resale Certificate. The Resale Certificate will list all existing architectural violations present on the home and note any unapproved improvements. This Certificate must be presented to the potential buyer for review and to the buyer at settlement. A Resale Package can be purchased online [link to Payments page] or by check payable to Plantations Two Community Association, mailed to C/O Accountable Bookkeeping, PO Box 4962, Annapolis, MD 21403 Questions can be emailed to board@plantationstwo.com.
